Low fidelity wireframes

I started my Apollo 11 project by making a simple, basic design. I thought about all the parts that would make up my design and planned how they would fit together. The idea was to make it feel open and easy to use, like flipping through a book. That's why I chose this layout. I wanted my design to invite people to explore more. I made sure it was easy to use, to make the experience enjoyable and memorable.

Mid fidelity wireframes

After planning, I created a mid-fidelity wireframe. This is a visual map of the website's layout. I designed this wireframe to clearly show my overall idea. I carefully placed things like images and text. I thought about how it looked and worked. I made sure everything was in the right place to make it easy and enjoyable for users.

High fidelity wireframes digital

I started my design with Figma, first creating a basic layout using boxes, based on my mid-level wireframes. This step is important because it gives me a basic plan for the final design. I want to include doodles in my design, so I thought about where they could go. However, I'm open to changing things if I think it would make the design look better or easier to use. If I feel a doodle would work better somewhere else, I wouldn't hesitate to move it.

Reflection

Each new version of my wireframes taught me something new. At first my wireframes were messy and hard to understand, but they got better with each revision. I started to take out anything that didn't help the user experience and add images to make the experience better.

This has taught me how to communicate better and how to focus on the user when designing. This experience has made me more prepared for future projects. I'm ready to use these basic layouts to create digital solutions that are user friendly and effective.
