I am going to be looking today at Change by design by Tim Brown. I am now going to find the most interesting chapter in the book and read it.

Design Activism

This chapter talks about how design thinking has changed over time. It used to focus mainly on business projects but now it's being used to solve big problems in the world. The chapter looks at how designers such as Raymond Loewy used to influence people's shopping habits. Now designers are more interested in solving difficult, meaningful problems. These include making things better in developing areas, dealing with global health problems, and coming up with new ways to teach people so they can reach their full potential.

Personal Reflection

This chapter really opened my eyes to how important design is in society. I thought design was just about making things look good and helping businesses make money but after joining this course I have learned new knowledge from listening to lectures and reading things such as this. Now I see it can also help solve big problems in the world, like poverty, education, and health. This chapter has inspired me to use design thinking in a more thoughtful and bold way.
