Once the key elements were chosen, the final step was building consistency. The brand guidelines document is where everything becomes repeatable, the logo usage, spacing, typography rules, colours and tone of voice. Instead of choosing design elements randomly with each screen, I created a clear system so Memori stays consistent across the app, marketing and any future features.
I’m very pleased with the final outcome of the brand guidelines, this wasn’t a must in terms for the major project agenda but I feel it was needed to create a clear picture of what Memori, as a brand stands for.
