Based on my previous user surveys and interviews, I created a mind map that reflects the biggest concerns of the user base. With this information I’ve gathered, I can create user personas using the data that was found.

The people are the most important aspect of my project; therefore, getting to know the user is essential. Using the user survey, I curated a few user personas based on the answers. I also added real users from my user interviews. To protect their privacy, I used their names and stories, but I decided to use a mock image.

1. Zero learning required
If Arthur has to remember how something works, it doesn’t work. Interaction must be immediately understandable through familiar physical action alone.
2. Physical action comes first
Touching, holding, and placing objects must be the primary way to trigger experiences. Digital elements should respond naturally, never demand attention.
3. Immediate and predictable feedback
Every action must produce a clear, instant response. Delays, ambiguity, or inconsistency create anxiety and break trust.
4. Dignity through independence
Once set up, Arthur must be able to use the system without help. Every day reliance on others undermines confidence and agency.
5. Emotion over information
Memories should be delivered through voice, sound, and familiar atmospheres—not text or instructions. Emotional resonance matters more than detail.
