From the user interviews I conducted, I built a clear picture of my target users by creating an empathy map that captured what they see, hear, say, do, think and feel. This helped me identify key pain points and desired gains and gave me a solid foundation for making design decisions.

From my FigJam research I then went ahead and created more polished empathy maps so the information was clearer and easier to read. This helped me break down the research in a more visual way and made it easier to spot key patterns across the users.
