In this weeks class we looked at how illustration can be changed from paper to digital using photocopying and tablets.
Photocopying
Photocopying, or the process of making a duplicate or copy of an image or document using a photocopier machine, can be used in design in a number of ways. Here are a few examples:
Illustrating using tablets
Olly Moss is a British artist and graphic designer, known for his detailed illustration work. He gained popularity through his creative reinterpretations of classic movie posters, often using minimalistic designs and clever visual puns to capture the essence of the films he was depicting.
Moss has also created a wide range of other illustration and design projects, including book covers, video game art, and album covers. He has collaborated with a variety of high-profile clients, including Nike, Apple, and the band Radiohead.
Moss has been recognized with numerous awards and accolades for his work, including a BAFTA for his contributions to the video game "Firewatch," and his designs have been featured in exhibitions around the world.
Reflection
I found todays lecture overall enjoyable, I am really enjoying this project as its a bit more creative than the other assignments we have had in semester one.
