What really made me interested in creating a memory box app came from my own personal life experience. I understand that this may not be something everyone connects with in the same way, but for me, and for a lot of people, memories and sentimental items can mean so much more than just objects.
Since recently turning 30 I have found myself reminiscing about the past more and more. As I have lost people in my life, I have realised how comforting it can be to hold onto small items they once owned, used or loved. These objects can carry so much emotion and can bring back memories that might otherwise fade over time. This is what inspired me to create Memori, as I wanted to design something that helps people keep those meaningful connections alive in a personal and comforting way.
I remember getting this small keychain when i was 9 years old and I still have it on my keys, looking back I can remember how great times where back then, i feel it would be such a nice idea to give the story and let it generate what happened during this time what music you loved, what was going on in your life during that time, even if the technology isn’t available right now I feel that this is something that I would love to see in the future.
