User Test Results

I decided to get three users to test out different areas of my app. Below are the results from the three user tests.

User Test One

I asked the user to start from the onboarding process and go from there to scan the item and recap.

A few issues were identified during the first usability test:

The Scan Box feature was not connected, so users could not complete that part of the flow.
Some buttons were not working as expected, which interrupted the user journey.
The Recap loading screen caused confusion, as the user waited too long instead of realising they needed to click to continue.
The AI chat box was not functioning correctly, which affected the overall experience.

I asked the user to start a scan and click the I don’t have the item option.
