In this weeks class we looked at different elements of colour and how it reflects differently.
There are people who have issues reading typography because the colour contrast is wrong and then there are people who have a disability such as colour blindness. Designers need to take notes of these differences, this webpage shows what someone with colour blindness sees. It is not impossible to design for colour blindness and there are a few important steps to make things accessible.

Many new designers focus on trends and low contrasted typography which of course may look amazing but it isn’t ideal for everyone. Accessibility should always be put first over appearance.
Readability is the organisation of typography and if the line spacing between each word is consistent and the alignment of each paragraph. For instance it is difficult to read centred typography. Now lets move onto legibility and what it means, basically if your type is hard to distinguish or not. This is a great example of how a background can completely ruin the readability and legibility of a typography. Using this website gives us the opportunity to check as not everyones eyes are the same.
