The workflow helped me plan the full structure of Memori, from the setup stage through to adding a first memory and eventually reaching the community section. I started by thinking about different user needs such as personal use, family/shared boxes, assisted mode and privacy settings, so the app would feel flexible and safe from the beginning.
The main focus of the flow is helping users add meaningful memories, either by scanning an object they still have or reconstructing a memory for an item that no longer exists. I also included options for adding media, such as audio, photos, captions or video, so users can capture memories in a way that feels personal to them.
Overall creating this workflow helped me understand how each feature would connect and where it would sit in the user journey. It made the app feel more organised, while still keeping the emotional and personal side of Memori at the centre.
